What is Monthly Design Support?
Our Monthly Plans (from $229 / month) are for individuals, teams and founders who need ongoing design deliverables — social graphics, campaign assets, and creative refreshes — without hiring an in-house designer.
Can I change or cancel my monthly plan?
Yes. Monthly plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled with advance notice before the next billing cycle. If you upgrade to a higher support level, we’ll prorate your fees accordingly.
What if I need something outside the plan scope?
If your request falls outside your current plan scope (e.g., full website design, brand strategy work), we’ll discuss how best to support you — either as an add-on project or in a higher tier.
How do you communicate during projects?
We use email, shared project boards, and scheduled calls to keep you informed. For monthly plans, Growth and Pro tiers include regular strategy calls to align on deliverables.
What if I have more questions?

Do you offer custom packages?
